NSN: 1650-01-010-5945, PRON: AX8J0010AX, P/N: 41001728, NOUN: DISK, VALVE, Quantity: 571 each applicable to OH-58D with delivery to Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. This item is restricted to HR TEXTRON, INCORPORATED Cage 81873. The data needed to procure this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications. Production lead-time is 220 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for awa rd. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition.
