- Description
- The Joint Munitions & Lethality Life Cycle Management Command (JM&L LCMC) Acquisition Center at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000 intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the procurement of engineering support services to support the modernization of six government-owned contracted operated (GOCO) ammunition facilities within the industrial base. The contract will be awarded using Full and Open Competition. An Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the duration of 5 years will be utilized. Additional information will be provided with RFP. This is not a RFP; the RFP will be issued on or about November 28, 2007. The deadline for all proposals will be 30 days after issuance of the RFP.
