Description

Corpus Christi Army Depot Contracting Office intends to award a firm, fixed price contract to purchase no-mask conforming anode fixtures in an effort to maintain the existing fixtures currently in place at the Corpus Christi Army Depot, Corpus Christ i TX. Negotiations to be conducted solely with Advanced Tooling Corporation under the authority of 10 USC 2304(1) as cited in FAR 6.302-1 due to data and patents owned by Advanced Tooling Corporation. There are no equals. Request for Quote (RFQ) number W9 12NW-08-T-0017 will be issued on or about 16 Nov 2007. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This solicitation is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all proposals re ceived by the closing date will be considered by the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This determination is solely within the discretion of th e Government. No telephone requests. Send all requests for solicitation package to angie.prado@us.army.mil.
