- Description
- The Army Contracting Agency (ACA), Fort Belvoir Capital District Contracting Center, intends to negotiate and award on a sole source basis an interim bridge contract to Meridian Management Corporation to provide Base Operations and Maintenance, Fort Hamilton, New York, for a three (3) month base period, and one three-month option and four one-month options. The period of performance will begin 1 December 2007 and go through 30 September 2008. Interested parties may identify their interest and cap ability to respond to this requirement. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. A determination by the Government not to compete this interim requirement based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Award of this requ irement will be under the authority cited in 10 U.S. C. 2304(c)(1) and in accordance with procedures outlined in FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(b). If you feel your firm possesses the ability to provide this service on a temporary basis for a three (3) month peri od of performance, you must respond by 19 November 2007, 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
