- The 482d MSG Operational Contracting Office at Homestead Air Reserve Base (HARB), Miami-Dade County, FL is issuing a solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 12.6 for Refuse Collection and Disposal Services. The contractor is to provide all labor, tools, parts, transportation, material, equipment and supervision necessary to provide containers and non-hazardous solid waste refuse collection and disposal services at various locations on Homestead ARB in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, standards, instructions and commercial practices as described in the Statement of Work (SOW) with the focus on safety and customer service.
