- This acquisition is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. This requirement is for a five year (one year basic and four one year optional ordering periods), firm fixed price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the manufacture of the Electrical Control Box (Loader's Weapon Control Panel) used to provide mode selection and control for the 105MM M102 aircraft cannon used on AC-130 aircraft. Positioning of the mode selector controls the condition of relays routing input signals and power to circuits throughout the 105MM armament system. NSN 1015-01-337-4633GG; P/N 9282611-10; DIM 12 in. height X 13 in. width X 5 in. deep and weighing approx. 20 lbs.; MAT predominantly steel with circuit breakers, wiring harness, relays and circuit boards. Quantities required are 1 ea. first article and 1-15 ea. production articles for the basic ordering period. Quantities for each of the four optional periods are 1-5 ea. The first article requirement will not be waived. First article will be both contractor (test plan and report required) and Government tested. First article delivery is NLT 180 DARO contract award delivered F.O.B. Destination to Hurlburt Field, FL. Production articles to be delivered NLT 180 DARO approved first article F.O.B. Origin to Robins AFB GA. Approximate solicitation issue date is 3 DEC 2007 with an approximate response date of 5 JAN 2008.
