- This Amendment A002 to the Solicitation DTRT57-08-R-20003, is effective November 16, 2007: (a.) The following answers/clarifications are provided for informational purposes only, and are in response to questions received from potential offerors: Question 1: Please provide the system configuration for the Alcatel phone system. Answer 1: The following clarifications are provided in answer to Question 1: [Quantity of Digital Station Ports = Approx. 1250] [Quantity of Analog Station Ports = Approx. 350] [Quantity of PRI trunk Spans = Approx. 9] [Quantity of Analog Trunk ports = 0] [Manufacturer of your voicemail system = Alcatel Octel ] [Model of your voice mail (i.e. 4635 or 4645) = 4645] [Number of voice mail ports = 48] [Quantity of Alcatel Digital phone sets = Approx. 1700] [Quantity of Alcatel IP phone sets = 0 currently, but 300 modules could be used to convert 300 phones to IP] [Quantity of Alcatel PC Attendant Consoles = 2] (b.) The due date and time for receipt of proposals remains unchanged and is November 19, 2007 at 16:00 EST. (c.) No further questions on the Solicitation will be considered prior to the due date for receipt of proposals. (d.) In accordance with the Solicitation instructions in FAR 52.212-1 (b)(9), an Offeror must submit acknowledgement of all Amendments to the Solicitation as part of its Offer. (e.) Except as provided herein, all other terms and conditions of the Solicitation DTRT57-08-R-20003 remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
