- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ), number HSCG85-08-Q-625211 and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-20. This is total small business set-aside procurement. The Small Business size standard is 5mil. The NAICS is 721110. The contract will be awarded as a purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with the provisions of FAR 13.5. The requirement is for temporary berthing for the crew of a Coast Guard cutter ELDERBERRY. When responding to this RFQ contractors shall provide pricing as follows:
