- NSN: 1680-00-499-0037, PR: 0016840749, SPM4A7-08-R-0450. The item is a Screwshaft Assembly. The item description cited the OEM: Linear Motion, CAGE: 0A335, P/N 895143. This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). This is a Critical Application Item (CAI). Configuration Control Applies. This solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price Definite Quantity Contract for a quantity of 26 each. FOB is at Destination, with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. The required delivery is 60 days ARO. This is solicited on an Unrestricted basis, using Other Than Full & Open Competition. This is not a commercial item. Progress payments are not included. The solicitation issue date is November 30, 2007. The closing date is December 30, 2007. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the Business Systems Modernization DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on or about the issue date cited in the Request for Proposal (RFP).
