- FOR SPECIFIC QUESTIONS - CONTACT DANIEL FOYIL, 918-669-7045. This acquisition is un-restricted. This is a Request For Proposal (RFP) for the construction of the Modified Record Fire Range, Fort Sill, Oklahoma. This project consists of the construc tion of a standard Modified Record Fire Range (MRF). Primary facilities include the MRF Range, Control Tower, Covered Mess, Bleacher Enclosure, 800 sq ft General Instruction Building, Ammunition Breakdown Building, Latrine, gravel maintenance road, concre te firing positions and target emplacements. Supporting facilities include electric service, area lighting, storm drainage/low water crossings, asphalt/gravel roads and parking areas and establishment of turf. For security reasons, this solicitation will be distributed using the Federal Technical Data Solutions (FedTeDS) system. FedTeDS is a web-based dissemination tool designed to safeguard acquisition-related information for all Federal agencies. Interested bidders must register with FedTeDS before acces sing the system.
