- Arnold Air Force Base (AEDC) White Oak, Silver Spring, MD, has a requirement for a Cryogenic Vaporizer, 200KW, electrically heated water bath, shell and tube type. Request for Proposal (RFP) with the complete specification will be available on or about 30 November 2007. The RFP and specification will only be available electronically on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website.
