- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION with a North American Industrial Classification Systems (NAICS) OF 423120 AND 423130. Multiple indefinite quantity, indefinite delivery contracts for the purchase of automotive parts and tires is anticipated to be awarded as a result of this solicitation. The term of the contracts are from date of award through September 30, 2009 with one (1) 12 month option. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-5. The part numbers with the min and max quantities will be found in Attachments A through F.
