- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, FA2517-08-T-6006, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The NAICS code is 423430 and size standard of 100 employees. This requirement is set-aside for small business but large business will be considered if no small business respond. Specifically, the following clauses cited are applicable to this solicitation: FAR 52.222-26, Equal Opportunity; FAR 52.232-33, Payment by Electronic Funds-Central Contractor Registration. The Government reserves the right to award on a multiple award or an all or none basis.
