- Description
- The United States Government is seeking to lease modern office space and facilities, consisting of approximately 23,738 rentable square feet in an office building providing a fully serviced lease and altered to meet Government specifications. Rentable space must yield 20,641 usable square feet, available for use by Tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. Ten (10) controlled parking spaces, reserved exclusively for the Government's use are required. The space must meet the Federal Government's standards for Fire Life Safety and Handicap Accessibility. The lease term shall be for ten years, with five years firm. The offered space must be contiguous. Space must be ready for occupancy by October 1, 2008. Offered properties must be within the following delineated area: North: Wacker Drive; South: Congress Parkway; East: Michigan Avenue; West: Wacker Drive.
