- Telecommunications Support Services for Naval Air Station Pensacola, Saufley Field, Whiting Field, and Panama City, Florida, in accordance with the performance work statement. 100% Small Business set-aside. NAICS Code 811213. Size Standard $6.5 million. A firm fixed-price single award is contemplated. The period of performance will be 1 Jan 2008 through 30 Sep 2008 for the base year with option provisions for two additional years. All responsible sources may submit a proposal that will be considered by the agency. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. This acquisition will be accomplished under the authority of the test program for commercial items ?Section 4202 of the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996?, as implemented by FAR 13.5. Offeror?s must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration website to be considered for award (http://www.ccr.gov/). Offeror?s are encouraged to complete the online representations and certification at (http://orca.bpn.gov) and be familiar / registered with Wide Area Work Flow (https://wawf.eb.mil) for electronic submission of invoices. Request for Proposals will be issued on or about 26 Sep 2007. Numbered Note 1 applies.
