- Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport is contemplating award of fourteen (14) different Oracle Software products and update rights and product technical support for all items. Additionally, Keyport will be procuring four (4) option years of the update rights and product technical support for all of the items. The fourteen (14) items include Oracle Real Application Clusters (Named User Plus), Oracle Internet Application server Enterprise Edition (Named User Plus), Oracle Configuration Management Pack for Database (Named User Plus), Oracle Diagnostics Pack for Database (Named User Plus), Oracle Tuning Pack for Database (Named User Plus), Oracle Diagnostics Pack for Internet Application Server (Named User Plus), Oracle Configuration Management Pack for Internet Application Server (Named User Plus), Oracle Real Application Clusters (Processor), Oracle Internet Application Server Enterprise Edition (Processor), Oracle Configuration Management Pack for Database (Pr ocessor), Oracle Diagnostics Pack for Database (Processor), Oracle Tuning Pack for Database (Processor), Oracle Diagnostics Pack for Internet Application Server (Processor), and Oracle Configuration Management Pack for Internet Application Server (Processor). These items are sole source of Oracle products only. Dealers are encouraged to respond. This procurement is for commercial items and the solicitation is issued with this synopsis. The closing date of the solicitation will be 26 November 2007 by 10:00 a.m. The RFQ is posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) web link www.neco.navy.mil. Offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ from this website and to frequently monitor the site for any amendments to the RFQ. Offers received from large businesses must include a Small Business Subcontracting Plan. No telephone or fax requests for the RFQ package will be accepted. An email request to michael.yourkoski@n avy.mil will be accepted in the event an offeror experiences problems downloading the RFQ from the NECO website. After downloading the solicitation, firms interested in submitting quotes must: (1) complete the pricing, (2) complete all representations and certifications found in the solicitation (3) and ensure current registration in the DoD Central Contractor Registration database (http://www.ccr.gov/). No bidders list will be maintained by this office. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render your offer nonresponsive and result in rejection of the same.
