- The contractor shall provide, unless otherwise specified, all labor, supervision, materials, supplies and equipment necessary to provide for maintenance and repair of one S.E.M. brand disintegrator System with Cyclone Fan and Rotary Airlock (Model 1424 including an additional spare set of cutting blades and any other incidental related work. The estimated cost is between $25,000 and $100,000. ALL PROSPECTIVE CONTRACTORS MUST REGISTER IN THE CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION DATABASE PRIOR TO AWARD OF A CONTRACT. QUOTES ARE FURTHER ADVISED THAT FAILURE TO REGISTER IN THE DOD CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION DATABASE MAY RENDER YOUR FIRM INELIGIBLE FOR AWARD. Replies to this notice are requested from NAICS 811310, Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Repairs and Maintenance. The issuing office for this solicitation is Officer in Charge of Construction, PWD Maine, 437 Huey Dr Bldg 53, Brunswick, ME 04011.
