Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Solicitation Number for this notice is NBCR8007 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued. This document incorporated provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-15 (Corrected), effective December 12, 2006. The North America Industry Classification Code (NAICS) Code) is 561621(Security System Services (Except Locksmiths). The requirement is for annual AMAG Technical Support and Maintenance. Service agreement for an existing system with 6 Amag Access control M2000 series 8 channel door SEWIG kit (48 doors total, Amag Access control M2100 series 8 channel door SEWIG kit (8 doors), 50 Prox/PIN SEWIG reader, 30 Magnetic locks, 10 Electric push bars, 40 request to exit motion detectors, 5 Altronics lock power supplies, 10 Electric mortise locks, 50 Door position sensors and 25 request to exit push buttons. Include any other expenses including New Mexico Gross Receipts Taxes. Length of the Contract is for one year after award date. The government intends to award a fixed price contract. The following clauses apply FAR; 52.212-3 OFFEROR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATION; 52.212-4 CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS COMMERCIAL ITEMS; 52.212-5 CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS REQUIRED TO IMPLEMENT STATUTES OR EXECUTIVE ORDERS COMMERCIAL ITEMS. The full text of these provisions may be accessed electronically at http://www.arnetgov/far or upon request from the contracting officer. The resultant contract will be placed with the responsible firm whose quote is most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Other factors for this solicitation include past performance of the quoter. Past performance information may be based on the Government's knowledge of and previous experience with the quoter or other reasonable basis. The Government reserves the right to make a single award to the responsible firm whose quote is most advantageous to the Government. Offeror quotes must be submitted in accordance with instructions specified in the 52.212-01 Instructions to] Offerors-Commercial Items. INSTURCTION TO OFFERORS: Offeror shall be submitted in writing via email to Timothy_B_Bertsch@nbc.gov or faxed at (303)-969-5468 no later than November 16, 2007 2 PM MST.
