- Furnish all labor, personnel, vehicles, transportation, equipment and supplies, necessary to perform Park Attendant Services at four lake projects in the Green River Area, located in Central Kentucky. Lake locations are (1) Barren River Lake, located in Barren, Allen and Monroe counties in south-central Kentucky; (2) Green River Lake, located in Adair and Taylor Counties in south-central Kentucky; (3) Nolin River Lake, located in Edmonson, Hart and Grayson Counties in south-central Kentucky; (4) Rough River Lake, located in Breckinridge County, Kentucky. There will be a total of ten awards (one for each campground) made from this Request for Quote (RFQ). Contract Base Period will run for a one-year period from date of award. Performance periods will ru n from approximately 14 April through approximately 27 October, depending on location. This Request for Quote (RFQ) contains an option clause to extend the contracts for two (2) one-year periods. Award of this RFQ will be based on Best Value to the Governm ent. Factors to be considered for award will be Experience, Past Performance, and Price. This RFQ has an approximate issue date of 13 November 2007, and an approximate due date of 04 December 2007, at 2 pm EST. THIS PROCUREMENT IS 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS.
