- US Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville District, intends to procure janitorial services for Armed Forces Recruiting Station, 1805 Staples Avenue, Suites 103, Key West, FL. 33040-3633. The contractor shall provide all material, labor, and equipment for janitorial services. A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded. Period of Performance will be for one base year with five option years. Prospective bidders must bid on the base year and all option years. The government will award a contract result ing from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quotation, conforming to this Request for Quotation (RFQ), will be most advantageous to the Government. This acquisition is being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, therefore only smal l businesses are invited to respond. The applicable NAICS Code is 561720, Small Business Size Standard is $15 Million. Solicitation W912EP 08 T 0003 will be issued on or about 19 November 2007 and offers due on or about 29 November 2007. Solicitation wil l be issued in electronic format only and will be posted on the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website at https://acquisition.army.mil. No phone or fax request for copy of solicitation will be accepted. In order to receive notification of any amendme nts to this solicitation, interested vendors must REGISTER TO RECEIVE NOTIFICATION on the Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. If you are not registered, the Government is not responsible with providing you with notificati on of any changes to this solicitation. In addition, in order to generate a Plan Holders List, all interested bidders must also REGISTER AS INTERESTED VENDOR which is also located on the Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ . Registration Requirements: DFARS 252.204-7004 Required Central Contractor Registration (CCR) applies to this procurement. You must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration in order to be eligible to receive an award from this solicitation. Information on CCR registration and annual confirmation requirements may be obtained by calling 1-888-227-2423 or via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov. Prospective contractors must be registered in the Department of Defense CCR database prior to award. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award.
