- The United States Army Communications-Electronics Life Cycle Management Command (CECOM LCMC), Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703, intends to award a five (5) year Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract by Sealed Bidd ing for the procurement of Converter Waveform P/N 69-589, P/O 15, 30 & 60 KW Mil Standard Generator Sets. The minimum quantity is 115 and maximum are up to 1,100 each year. This procurement is 100% Small Business Set Aside. Drawings are available. The con tractor shall perform First Article Testing (FAT) in accordance with FAR 52.209-3 and Statement of Work. Subcontracting Plan is required. Inspection: origin, acceptance: origin and FOB destination. In Accordance with FAR 14.103-1 and all conditions set f orth in FAR 6.401 (a) are applicable to this acquisition: Time permits the solicitation, submission, and evaluation of sealed bids; the award will be made on the basis of price; it is not necessary to conduct discussions with the responding offerors about their bids; and there is reasonable expectation of receiving more than one sealed bid. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the government. The solicitation W15P7T-08-B-F009, will be posted on the Army Single Face to Industry Interactive Business Opportunities Page (ASFI IBOP) at http://abop.monmouth.army.mil on or about November 27, 2007.
