- See Note 22. Negotiations to be conducted solely with Schenck Trebel Corporation, the original equipment manufacturer. Schenck Trebel has proprietary rights to designs, drawings, manufacturing procedures, balancing machines and controllers. Nonper sonal services and materials to upgrade twenty-three (23) existing Schenck CAB 690 controllers to CAB 925 model. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
