- Description
- The solicitation number is FA8630-08-R-5002. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued in support of a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) purchase of services for the country of Israel. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). Performance Work Statement is attached. The Air Force Security Assistance Center (AFSAC) requires two (2) U.S. Communications Security (COMSEC) managers to provide support to the COMSEC account for the Israel Defense Forces in country. The contractor personnel, identified as U.S. COMSEC custodians, must have a current final U.S. security clearance of SECRET. Performance Period: This solicitation covers a period of performance for one year basic contract (with two (2) one-year options). Basic year will commence 01 Jan 2008-31 Dec 2008. Contractor shall breakout cost and pricing information within the proposal. Proposals are due to this office by 30 Nov 2007. The Contracting Officer has determined that this short notification period is warranted for this requirement. Electronic transmission is acceptable.
