- This is a sources sought synopsis. The Air Force Security Assistance Center (AFSAC), Wright-Patterson AFB, OH is seeking qualified, interested sources to provide Communication Security (COMSEC) Custodians which is to be performed by the contractor in the country of Pakistan.
