- This is a Pre Solicitation Notice for RFQ 61203-006-08. The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price Construction contract to replace a commercial oven ventilation system located at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) located in Sheridan, Oregon.
