- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is set aside to small businesses. The NAICS code is 611699 with a size standard of 6.5 Million. Each offeror is required to enter into https://orca.bpn.gov its certifications and representations required by provision FAR 52.212-3 - Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. FAR Clauses 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 are applicable to this acquisition. The following clauses are checked: FAR 52.219-6, 52.219-8, 52.222-19, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.222-41, Service Contract Act (Wage Determination 2005-2115, rev. 4, 05/29/2007 is applicable to this solicitation), 52.225-1, 52.225-13, 52.232-33.
