- Solicitation for End Item: C-5 Aircraft, NSN: 1560-00-007-0525, Fitting, Structural IQC07285009019, Project Number RA073202001. OPTION TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT: 48 MONTHS. DELIVERY SCHEDULE 209 DAYS ARO. DURATION OF CONTRACT ORDERING PERIOD: 12 MONTHS. Configuration Control item. Critical Application item. NAICS is 336413. This is a Hubzone Business set aside, full and open after exclusion of sources procurement, potential sources: 920737, 59213, 6W158, 3u410, 373M2, 0JHV4, 56772, 1KJF2. FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. First Article Test, government testing, sample size 2 each. This is a request for proposal for an Indefinite Quantity Contract. Estimated Annual Quantities for the base and four one-year option periods will be 60 each. Surge and Sustainment Item, must provide surge plan. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are available and can be furnished by the Government. Solicitations between $25,000 and over will be made in writing.
