- Boot, Temperate Men's and Women's Green, NSN: 8430-01-547-2848 and 8435-01-547-7140, Quantity: Minimum: 50,010 Pr; Maximum: 240,006 Pr with four term options. OPT I-IV: 37,506 / 187,500 (Min/Max). Destination: VSTZ Travis, VSTN Peckham, VSEQ Lion Vallen. Items to be manufactured in accordance with PD 77AESG-06-01 & 06-03. Production lead-time is 120 days after date of award. Procurement will be issued on an unrestricted basis and will be evaluated under Best Value Procedures with the following evaluation factors: PDM, Experience/Past Performance, Surge, Socio-Economic, and Javits Wagner O?Day.
