- Description
- This is a pre-solicitation notice for synopsis of BASE GUIDE, TELEPHONE DIRECTORY AND MAP PUBLISHING SERVICES for Davis-Monthan AFB (DMAFB), AZ. This is a commercial service; therefore, FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, shall apply to this acquisition. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, plant, labor, materials, equipment and tools necessary to perform BASE GUIDE, TELEPHONE DIRECTORY AND MAP PUBLISHING SERVICES for DMAFB. The contractor shall perform these duties in accordance with the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), utilizing FAR Part 16.7 Agreements. Award selection will be based on Past Performance and Technically Capability. Period of performance will be for a base period and four (4) one-year option periods. This acquisition is in accordance with FAR 19.1405 shall be 100% Set-Aside for Service Disabled Veteran Business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 511199; and, the small business size standard is 500 employees. A request for proposal will be issued on or about 10 October 07, posted electronically on the Federal Business Opportunity website (http://www.eps.gov). No paper copies will be issued; no telephone requests will be honored and no bidder?s mailing list will be maintained. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Register via the CCR website (http://www.ccr.gov) or by contacting CCR Customer Service Contact Information at 1-888-227-2423.
