- Combination - Synopsis/Solicitation for Officiating Services This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for quotes as no further written solicitation will not be issued. The provisions and clauses in this RFQ are those in effect through FAC 2005-20. This procurement is set-aside for small business. The NAICS Code is 711219. The Regional Contracting Office, Marine Corps Base Hawaii intends to negotiate a Firm-Fixed contract for Sports Officiating Services for various activities at Kaneohe Bay and Camp Smith, Hawaii. Adult sports officiating will be for flag football, basketball volleyball, softball, football, and soccer. Youth sports officiating will be for basketball, baseball, soccer, hockey, and volleyball. This requirement is for one year with one option year and will begin on or about 1 December 2007. Vendors must be regist ered in the Central Contracting Registration database to be eligible for a Department of Defense contract award. Firms submitting quotes are encouraged to use the Standard Form 1449, Solicitation/Contract/Order for Commercial Items form found at http://www.gsa.gov/forms/pdf_file and submit a quotation. All qualified responsible business sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered by the agency. Firms submitting quotes shall provide the information required in FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items. The following clauses are applicable: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offertory--Commercial Items, Addendum (h): a single award will be made. Evaluation and award will be made to the responsible offer or submitting the lowest cost, technically acceptable quote, FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial items, FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders--Commercial items.
