- The purpose of this modification is to republish the original announcement, incorporating all previous modifications, pursuant to FAR 35.016(c). This republishing also includes the following changes: (a) removal of the following evaluation criteria: "consideration will be given to past and present performance on recent Government contracts, and the capacity and capability to achieve the objectives of this BAA", (b) updates ombudsman information and (v) updates AFRL office symbols. No other changes have been made.
