- Firm fixed buy for qty of 1000, sole source to CFM, Cage 58828, it is the Government's intent to award delivery order against CFM Basic Ordering Agreement, Note 22 applies, Letter solicitation will be issued to CFM, Commercial item, FOB Dest, Inspection/acceptance destination, Not CSI, Unrestricted, other than full and open competition, required delivery 90 DARO. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government on this NSN. ?A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP.
