Description

Department of Defense Dependents Schools-Europe Information Technology Division is currently seeking an enterprise management solution to provide centralized information technology support services to a distributed client base throughout the European Continent. The system should be web-based, modular in design, provide tight integration, and allow phased implementation. All components should conform to ITIL standards and address the following IT requirements:
