- Description
- The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease a minimum of 19,205 usable square feet of warehouse, and related office space in Cudahy, WI. The area of consideration is the city of Cudahy, WI, and the space must be located within the city limits of Cudahy. The currrent Government lease will expire in the near future. The Government is interested in considering alternate space if economically advantageous to the Government. In determining whether relocation would be economically advantageous, GSA will consider cost factors including, but not limited to, the total cost of the physical move including telecommunication equipment and LAN systems, office furniture and telephone systems.
