Description

The Executive Office of the President intends to award a sole-source contract to the Manulife Financial pursuant to 41 USC Sec. 253(c)(1), in support of the Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP). The ONDCP is currently housed in a building owned by Manulife Financial. The resultant contract is for General building repairs, alterations, renovations, electrical work, re-keying of offices, utilities/HVAC, and engineering services as needed for floors 3, 5, 6, 7 & 8 in the Government Leased Space where ONDCP occupy 57,130 rentable square feet of space at 750 17th Street NW, Washington DC. The contract period of performance will be for a 1-year base period with four 1-year option periods with an annual not to exceed cost of $135,000. Twelve annual maintenance checks are required for 23 HVAC units.
