- Description
- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Jacksonville, Florida intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with MPRI, Inc. for Laser Marksmanship Training System (LMTS) equipment and incidental services. This procurement will be processed under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. This is not a request for competitive quotes/proposals. However, the Government will consider all quotes/proposals that clearly demonstrate the ability to meet the needs of the Government. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 09:00 AM EST, November 13, 2007. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This procurement is being processed under the authority of the test program for commercial items, Section 4202 of the Clinger Cohen Act of 1996. The applicable NAICS code is 334419 with a size standard of 500 employees.
