- Two rollover stands for the stryker vehicle that includes tailstock and headstock unit and have a minimum combined capacity of 48,000 pounds at 12 eccentricity in accordance with specification to be provided with the solicitation, to Anniston Army D epot ANAD, Anniston, Alabama. Exact specifications and requirements will be explained in the solicitation. Delivery mut be within 90 calendar days. AWARD WILL BE BASED ON BEST DELIVERY ---THIS PROCUREMENT IS SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE--- North American I ndustry Classification System Code is 333992; size standard is 500 employees. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102(a)(7) and 14.205-1(c); therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Proposals submitted must b e in electronic format as stated in the solicitation. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the Internet: http://www.procnet.anad.army.mil (Doing Business with Us). Estimated issue date is November 16, 2007. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto.
