- The US Army War College Carlisle Barracks has a requirement for an Army Reserve Training and Education Instructor. The Army Reserve Training and Education Instructor will provide Army Reserve instructional planning and teaching support to US Army Wa r College, tenant units, and the Office of the Director, Reserve Component (RC) Integration. The work includes the development of resident and nonresident instruction and assessment to students of the USAWC Programs of Instruction; development and adminis tration of the Army Reserve- USAWC Training Program and the Senior Reserve Component Officer Course (SRCOC); conduct and elective course, design, plan, coordinate and conduct a 1 week Reserve Component National Security issues Seminar (RCNSIS) in Washingto n DC. The requirement requires significant on-site performance for frequent meetings and the resident phases. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) to be eligible for award. Further information on registering with CCR may be obtained at website http://www.ccr.gov. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 611710 and the size standard is $6.5 Million. A site visit has been schedule for 13 November 2007 to review all solicitation attachments. Due to the quantity of attachment, documents will not be emailed or mailed to offerors.
