- To provide firm fixed price type contract for Hotel Accommodations and Conference Space, located in Rochester, NY to be held in February 2008. Solicitation W911S2-08-T- 0018 is issued as Sources Sought in accordance with FAR 12.6 Streamlined Proceedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commerical Items. The North American Industry Classification System is 721110 with a business size standard is $6.5 million. This procurement is set-aside for small business. Four separate chaplain lead conferences for the following time periods: 11-13 FEB 08, 13-15 FEB 08, 18-20 FEB 08, and 20-22 FEB 08 CLIN 0001 Lodging Rooms - double occupancy lodging for 124 adults (62 rooms) 11-13 FEB 08 ______________________. CLIN 0002 Lodging Rooms - double occupancy lodging for 188 adults and 45 children (94 rooms) 13-15 FEB 08 ______________________. CLIN 0003 Lodging Rooms - double occupancy lodging for 124 adults (62 rooms) 18-20 FEB 08 ______________________. CLIN 0004 Lodging Rooms - double occupancy lodging for 188 adults and 45 children (94 rooms) 20-22 FEB 08 ______________________.
