Description
This is a notice of intent that WR-ALC anticipates issuing a Firm-Fixed-Price Type Contract for supplies or services to satisfy a Foreign Military Sales Requirement. This procurement is for 1 EACH of the TEST SET, SYNCHRO. The NSN is: 6625-01-482-9783RH and the P/N is: 5300. The end item for this equipment is applicable to the C-130, C-140, C-141, F-15, F-16 and F-4 Aircrafts. SIZE / DIMENSION: Height: 3.500 Inches; Width: 18.430 Inches; Depth: 19.000 Inches; Pounds: 35 lbs. FORM / FUNCTION: Rectangle / Electronic. PREDOMINANT MATERIAL OF MANUFACTURE: Electronic. SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED 15 DAYS FROM THIS NOTICE. Interested person(s) may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is a request for competitive proposals. All proposals received within the 15 days after issuance of Solicitation, or 30 days after the publication date of this Synopsis will be considered. OMBUDSMAN: All potential offeror(s) should contact the Buyer / PCO identified above for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition. If the contracting officer does not satisfy your concerns, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate serous contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
