- Description
- It is the intent of the Government to award a sole source contract to Sensor Technologies & Systems, Inc. for software upgrades to seventeen STS-350 Perimeter Surveillance Radar Systems (PSRS). The PSRS upgrade is readily available through Sensor Technologies & Systems Inc., the contractor that developed the PSRS. The proposed contract action if for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Information received within 15 calendar days of publication will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
