- Description
- The principal components of work include government-furnished power transformer; power circuit breakers; manual group-operated disconnect switches, along with key interlocks, coupling capacitor voltage transformers; automatic transfer switch and modular relay sections. A firm-fixed price contract award is contemplated and the period of performance is for all work to be completed by 180 calendar days from the date of receipt of Notice to Proceed. The project magnitude is estimated between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237130 with size standard of $31.0M. This requirement is a Total Small Business Set-aside. Place of Performance is Maricopa County, AZ. The evaluation technique to be utilized for the contemplated award of the issued solicitation is Performance Price Tradeoff (PPT). Under PPT procedures, past performance will be evaluated. It is anticipated the solicitation package to include specifications and drawings will be available at no charge on or about November 20, 2007. Requests for a CD copy of solicitation are required. All requests for this solicitation and/or questions concerning the requirement MUST be submitted in writing to the address below. No phone calls will be accepted. Note: Any prospective contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award.
