- A site visit will be held on 20 Nov 2007 at 10:00 a.m. in Building 760-15 G. Offerors planning to attend this conference must notify Margie Yeaton (803) 725-0239 (myeaton@fs.fed.us) or Elizabeth Brooks (803) 725-0246 (elizabethbrooks@fs.fed.us ) before COB 15 Nov 2007. When you call please provide name and social security number of persons coming to the conference. SRS is a restricted site and this information must be provided to gain access for the site visit. This solicitation is for hog control. Contractor will provide all equipment, labor materials, tools, supervision, including safety and other incidentals necessary to perform hog control within the boundaries of the Savannah River Site (SRS) The resulting indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract will be a base period and four option years. The size standard for this unrestricted solicitation is $4 million under NAICS code 114210. Solicitation should be available on this web site on or about 1 November 2007. The solicitation will be set-aside for small business concerns. There will be a site visit held. Details will be included in the solicitation. Savannah River Site is a restricted access Government facility and vehicle searches are done on all vehicles entering the Site. No contraband items, such as guns, ammunition, drugs etc. are allowed on Site. A picture ID of persons entering the Site is required. A minimum of 72 hours is required to process any security badge requests for U.S. Citizens and up to 30 days could be required for non-U.S. citizens. Contractors should pay close attention to the deadlines to submit information required to gain access for site visit included in the solicitation. Offerors must register on the site in order to receive notification of changes to the solicitation. The offeror is responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation and any subsequent postings. All interested parties must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) as prescribed by FAR Clause 52.204-7 and ORCA.
