- SOLICITATION FOR NSN: 3110-01-110-5417, PR 0016155669, BEARING, BALL, THRUST. Bearing restriction: Award from this solicitation can only be made for a domestically manufactured (U.S. or Canada) Bearing and Bearing components (I.E., Bearing Element, Retainer, Inner/Outer Race). See the restrictiion on acquisistion of ball and roller bearings clause (DFAS 252.225.7016). When only foreign bearings are available, this solicitation will be cancelled and re-solicited if DOD waives the restriction upon request by this activity. Critical application item, I/A/W drawing number 19200 12292888 Amend F dated 09 September 1996. This solicitation will be issued as FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Quantity of this item is 404 each. Contract type is Firm-Fixed Price, with 100% Quantity Option. This is a stock buy. The PDLT for this item is 58 days. This is not a commercial. Automated Best Value System (ABVSD): The final contact award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
