- This notice is for information purposes and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for any information provided. A draft Statement of Work (SOW) for the Base Fuels and Supply Management Services at Kirtland AFB, NM is being released by the 377th Contracting Squadron for public review and comment. As background, a Sources Sought Synopsis was posted to http://www.fbo.gov on 14 Aug 06. The market research announcement requested expressions of interest from small business or small business joint ventures or teams having the capability or ability to acquire such capability to perform the fuels and supply services for Kirtland AFB, NM and satellite support to Ft. Rucker, AL (when established). NO PROPOSAL IS REQUESTED AT THIS TIME. No solicitation exists; therefore, do not request a copy of the solicitation. The Government intends to release a Request for Proposal (RFP), including revisions to this draft SOW, in the February ? March 2007 timeframe. Requirements and instructions will be addressed in the RFP. If a solicitation is released it will be synopsized in FedBizOpps at http://www.fbo.gov. It is the potential offeror?s responsibility to monitor this site for the release of any solicitation or other documents relating to this procurement. In addition, the 377th Contracting Squadron will consider holding a pre-proposal conference/site visit. Comments to the draft SOW must be submitted no later than 4:00 P.M., MST, on Wednesday, 17 Jan 2007, to the Point of Contact listed below.
