- Description
- The Defense Distribution Center currently has a requirement for off-site storage of Continuation of Operation (COOP) backup tapes for disaster recovery for various Defense Distribution Depots. The period of performance (PoP) is three years. To meet this objective, the government intends to issue an Indefinite Delivery Contract in accordance with FAR Part 12 to the lowest price, technically acceptable offeror(s). The Government may make multiple awards, should the Government find that no one responsive, responsible offeror can provide all of the data storage services at all of the required locations. This acquisition is unrestricted. The applicable NAICS code is 541611. The size standard is $6.5M. All interested and responsible parties may submit a proposal that will be considered by the Defense Distribution Center. The solicitation number is SP3100-07-R-0034, and it will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities Website on or about 10 September 2007.
