- The Uniformed Services University (USU) located in Bethesda, MD on the National Naval Medical Center Campus, has a requirement for temporary non-personal services in areas including, but not limited to: administrative, professional, clerical, technical, scientific, medical and laborer positions. An Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract will be award to a single source for an estimated value of $15,000,000 to provide services for up to five (5) years. USU is a medical university and research facility. In accordance with FAR 5.203(a)(1) notice is posted one week prior to release of the solicitation of this commercial item requirement. The Request for Proposals will be available on FedBizzOpps no later than 13 November 2007. Requests for Proposals will be accordance with FAR Part 15- Contracting by Negotiation. The RFP will incorporate all provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-17. This requirement is SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES ONLY. The applicable NAICS Code is 561320 ? Temporary Help Services which has a small business size standard of $11,500,000.00. Vendors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database (www.ccr.gov) as a small business under NAICS code 561320 by the due date of the proposals.
