- The Sheldon National Wildlife Refuge has need for a new hay storage building. The new building shall be a rigid frame building open on one-side as shown on the conceptual floor plan drawing. 1.2. The Field Station desires to purchase the building and foundation design, with the building kit package delivered to the Duferrena Headquarters of Sheldon NWR.
