- The US Army TACOM-LCMC is conducting a Sources Sought Market Survey. This NOT an Invitation for Bid (IFB) or a Request for Proposal (RFP). The purpose of this survey is to determine industry capability in providing armored busses. This survey is f or planning purposes only and is in no way binding on the Government and does not represent an established requirement. The Government is not requesting any interested or potential suppliers to incur any expenses of any kind in connection with their respo nse to the survey. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this survey or otherwise pay for information requested. We are seeking information for a 23 Passenger plus luggage armored bus, door on the right side and rear of vehic le, emergency hatch in floor, dual A/C units, 360 degree protection with reinforced floor, multiple discreet gun ports and 6 cylinder turbo diesel engine/5.88 liter/240 HP engine. Additionally information is sought for 12, 15, 20, 8-14 and 30 passenger ar mored busses. Replies to this survey must be received by December 14, 2007. You are allowed to mark any document or information submitted as confidential or proprietary as you feel appropriate.
