The U.S. Army Aviation Missile Command intends to purchase the following as an incidental item under AMCOM Express Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) W31P4Q-05-Q-0030/Task Order Number 0011 with Morgan Research Corporation Huntsville Alabama: Flexim Software Products, Inc, Flexsim Simulation Software, Two Licenses and Maintenance, qty one each on a yearly basis. This is a notice of intent and not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation is available for this requirement. Interes ted parties may submit a capability statement and pricing information for the requirement within 7 calendar days of the publication of this notice, to be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed task ord er modification based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a separate competitive procurement
